Spice Rub for pork, chicken, and even sweet potatoes or yams

It started as a rub for Pork Tenderloin, but we tried it out for our Vegan friends on yams and sweet potato and it was an instant hit! So don't let the word 'Pork' disuade you. That's why we call it 'Not Just For Pork Rub'. I guess we kept the name because we love the label and didn't have the heart to dump it! But it really does work on just about anything!

How to Use

We designed this blend to have just enough salt, just enough everything, so all you do is add and cook.
Vegan: Sweet potato or yams (see Yam fries recipe below)
Bake for about 30-40 minutes until soft but still slightly firm at 350 degrees.
Peel and slice 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
Coat each side in Waygood pork rub and sauté in oil (try coconut!) for about 2 minutes per side
Great on chicken thighs or breast · use about 1 tsp per piece.

Perfect on shrimp! · use about 1 tb per pound. sauté in coconut or olive oil.
