Waygood Pork Rub
A mild smoky heat from Chipotle, a soothing sweetness from fennel seeds, a touch of earthiness from herbs like sage and oregano makes it an adaptable seasoning that turns almost any item into a full blown "recipe" with no effort! This versatile rub started as an incredible pork rub and ended up being wonderful on shrimp, chicken, even yams! Sprinkle on stir fry, eggs, anything!

The BEST harissa paste is Tunisian Harissa paste! Make your own paste with this "Instant" Harissa Paste kit, in small batches or simply use the powder as a rub. This Tunisian Harissa was my mothers recipe that she learned from her mother in Tunis. It is a mild to medium heat level, full of flavor.
