The premise we try to follow is to produce unique flavorful items that are simply “way good!”. Hopefully the lessons rubbed off from the chefs I have worked with in the past, my sense of adventure in food, and my dear Tunisian mother who introduced me to exotic tasty foods that are just now being discovered will make you agree.
Although my college degree is in music composition, food to me is as ephemeral an art as music. Maybe more-so, because we can’t record tastes to an mp3 file just yet, so one minute it is there, and in the next it is simply a memory. It is made to be destroyed.
We continue to experiment and work with local Colorado farmer products, unusual ingredients, and inspiring tastes. We look forward to bringing more interesting products to our lineup.
