Grilled Harissa Chicken

Chicken Thighs 
2 tsp
WayGood Harissa Powder 
2 tbsp
Olive Oil or any suitable high heat oil

Directions

Mix the harissa powder and oil and coat chicken in a plastic bag.  Let marinate for 45-60 minutes at room temperature.

For baking, a 400 ° oven is best.  Thighs will need 20-30 minutes depending on thickness, or if they are bone in or not.

For grilling, the perfect timing for skin on bone in thighs is:

Preheat grill to 500 ° minimum on high. Reduce burners to medium and place thighs skin side for 3 minutes over direct medium. Flip for 3 more minutes. Move thighs to indirect medium and cook for another 5 minutes per side.

For Boneless & skinless thighs, Bruce recommends 4 min per side on direct medium, and 2 min per side on indirect medium.

You can optionally make a batch of Harissa Paste and serve with cous cous or rice.
